Attendees were Kevin Brooks, Clark Brooks, Andy Cagle, Alana Cagle,Jonathan Henson, Kendell Meeks, Brian <br /> Griffith, Sean Tierney, Pete Hallenbeck,Jack Adams <br /> Opening Statement: <br /> The public hearing was convened to discuss the purchase of the 2023 Fire Station 1 Renovation/Construction project. <br /> The purpose of this is to add office space and create better living conditions including bedrooms for staffing at night <br /> time.This will also allow for updating the station that was built in 1974. <br /> The Bid was awarded to TA Davis Construction for$ 2,299,798.00 <br /> The loan will be with Roxboro Saving 4.53 %for 15 years. <br /> Public Comments: <br /> The public comment was opened at 19:05 <br /> No one signed up to speak <br /> No comments from the floor <br /> Andy Cagle made a motion to close @ 19:15 <br /> It was seconded by Kendell Meeks <br /> The move to adjourn was unanimously approved <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> L'� <br /> Clark Brooks <br />
