This <br /> 38 item is scheduled for BOCC Public Hearing on April 4, 2023. <br /> 39 PRESENTER: Brian Collie, Planner II <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Taylor Perschau and Brian Collie reviewed the proposed amendment and gave a PowerPoint Presentation. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Applicant representative, Bob Hornik, reviewed the project and provided additional information. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Lamar Proctor: Can you talk more about why it is a Resource Protection Area? <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Bob Hornik: Because of the proximity to the White Cross School across the street. That's why you see the green circle <br /> 48 on the map. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Brian Collie:That is correct,that green area that sprawls over across onto this property is for the White Cross School. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 Lamar Proctor: It's for the school then it goes off in a line and that follows a stream... <br /> 53 <br /> 54 Brian Collie:Yes, stream buffers <br /> 55 <br />
