111 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration, <br /> the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by Grantor and Grantee, the Grantor does hereby give, grant, <br /> quitclaim, and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the right and privilege and perpetual <br /> easement over, upon and through the Property for the sole purpose of drawing water from the pond on the <br /> Property for fire protection purposes for the benefit of the Grantee's Property. By this easement, Grantor <br /> conveys to Grantee, and to local fire departments and fire department personnel responding to any fire at <br /> Grantee's premises, the right to go on the Property using the least intrusive or disruptive means possible under <br /> the circumstance, to draw water from the pond as may be necessary to extinguish a fire at Grantee's property. <br /> Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor is seized of the Property in fee simple, has the right to <br /> convey the rights, privileges and easements which are granted herein, that title is free and clear of all liens and <br /> encumbrances which may affect the said rights, privileges and easements conveyed herein, and Grantor will <br /> warrant and defend the title to said easements against the claims of all persons or parties whomsoever. <br /> [THIS SPACE INTENTIONALLY BLANK; CONTINUE NEXT PAGE] <br /> 2 <br />
