111 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration, <br /> the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by Grantor and Grantee, the Grantor does hereby give, grant, <br /> quitclaim, and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the right and privilege and perpetual <br /> easement over, upon and through the Property for the sole purpose of drawing water from the pond on the <br /> Property for fire protection purposes for the benefit of the Grantee's Property.
