It enables business leaders to drive a culture of learning through empowered time <br />management and coaching. We provide remote guidance for: <br />• Assigning licenses to end users. <br />• Assigning roles for knowledge admins. <br />• Configuring settings for the learning content sources. <br />• Configuring SharePoint as a learning content source. <br />• Deploying the Viva Learning Teams app. <br />Microsoft Edge <br />Provide remote guidance on: <br />• Deploying Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft <br />Endpoint Configuration Manager or Intune). <br />• Configuring Microsoft Edge (using group policies or Intune app configuration and app <br />policies). <br />• Inventorying the list of sites that may require use in Internet Explorer mode. <br />• Enabling Internet Explorer mode with the existing Enterprise Site List. Additionally, if you <br />have a web app or site that works with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and you <br />experience compatibility issues, we provide guidance to resolve the issue at no additional <br />cost. <br />• Planning guidance for Edge adoption and configuration guidance for Microsoft Search <br />bookmarks. <br />The following is out of scope: <br />• Project management of the customer's Microsoft Edge deployment. <br />• On-site support. <br />Yammer Enterprise <br />• We provide remote deployment guidance for: <br />• Configuring your Yammer network. <br />• Customizing the look of your Yammer network. <br />• Enforcing Office 365 identity for Yammer users. <br />• Configuring Native Mode for Microsoft 365. <br />• Configuring security and compliance in Yammer. <br />• Configuring a Yammer usage policy. <br />• Managing Yammer admins. <br />• Working with Azure AD-business-to-business (B2B) guests in Yammer communities. <br />• Joining and creating a community in Yammer. <br />• Managing communities. <br />• Creating a dynamic group in Yammer. <br />• Configuring live events in Yammer. <br />• Monitoring Yammer usage. <br />• Including a Yammer feed in a SharePoint page. <br />• Installing the Yammer Communities app for Microsoft Teams. <br />Windows 11 <br />We provide guidance for updating to Windows 11 Enterprise from Windows 7 Professional, <br />Windows 8.1 Professional, and Windows 10 Enterprise. Note: PCs must meet Windows 11 <br />hardware requirements.
