35. Please describe how you will <br />engage with and/or educate <br />project participants. <br />RTT will proactively work with homeowners served by this <br />program, from the initial home assessment through completion <br />of the project, to help them better understand how their home <br />"works", what the interventions are designed to accomplish, <br />and how to utilize and maintain the home in a manner that will <br />promote efficiency and health. Due to the unique nature of <br />each home and project, this is done on a case-by-case basis. <br />35. How will you measure the <br />success of that engagement or <br />educational effort? <br />We will utilize existing OCHPC evaluation methods to effectively <br />measure the quantitative and qualitative outcomes in the <br />educational efforts of this initiative. Measures include number <br />of homeowners receiving information, change in behaviors, and <br />knowledge gained. <br />37. Please describe any other <br />aspect of your project that is <br />relevant to the amount, or <br />quality, or length of <br />engagement a nd/or education <br />that your project will produce. <br />N/A <br />38.How much time will your <br />project require to demonstrate <br />the positive impacts you <br />describe? <br />Households should see reduced utility bills within weeks of <br />installation of supplemental weatherization measures.
