Applicant organization's <br />P u rpose/M i ssion (2-4 se nte n ces) : <br />The mission of Rebuilding Together of the Triangle (RTT) is <br />repairing homes, revitalizing communities, and rebuilding lives. Our <br />critical home repairs and accessibility modifications make a <br />sustainable impact, ensuring vulnerable homeowners - including <br />seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families with children - <br />live in safe, healthy homes. <br />3. Please provide a brief description <br />of your organization's past <br />achievements in carrying out <br />similar projects and evidence of <br />successful record of meeting <br />proposed budgets and <br />timetables (2-4 sentencesl: <br />Applicants from the Orange County Home Preservation Coalition <br />are referred to RTT for comprehensive repair assessments. The <br />resulting work statements provide clarity regarding repair <br />priorities, enabling the Coalition to develop comprehensive, <br />budgeted treatment plans for each home repair. RTT directly <br />repairs more than 150 homes each year and has developed <br />numerous partnerships around environmentally sound home <br />repairs/upgrades. RTT is currently working on two Climate Action <br />projects, one related to replacement of heat pump water heaters <br />and the other focused on converting combustion heating systems <br />to efficient heat pumps. <br />4.
