<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR <br />ARPA 2022 TO 2023 PROJECTS AND SFR PROJECTS <br />ORANGE COUNTY/TRIANGLE J COUNCIL <br />OF GOVERNMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Consultant agrees to provide on behalf of the County the services <br />necessary to implement the American Rescue Plan-funded home repair programs, including the 2022 <br />to 2023 Urgent Repair Program and Single-Family Rehab Program. Implementation and rehabilitation <br />activities will be administered following the guidelines described in the Administrator and Inspectors <br />Manual prepared by NCHFA, the Orange County Assistance Policy and Procurement and Disbursement <br />Policy adopted for the NCHFA 2021 Urgent Repair Program projects, Orange County’s Single Family <br />Rehabilitation Program and any other pertinent requirements received from NCHFA. <br />2. COMPENSATION OF SERVICES: In the provision of the aforementioned services, the Consultant <br />shall receive compensation for the Urgent Repair and Single-Family Rehabilitation Programs on a unit- <br />by-unit basis, which is outlined and described below. <br /> <br /> <br />The Consultant will be provided funding for soft costs, including: <br /> <br />LOCAL URP PROJECTS – HARD COSTS <br />(Construction Cost) <br />MAXIMUM PROGRAM SUPPORT <br />(Administration Cost) <br />Up to $500 $200 <br />From $501 to $10,000 $200 + 10% of the Hard Costs Not to Exceed <br />$1,000 <br /> <br />SFR 2020 HARD COSTS <br />(Construction Cost) <br />MAXIMUM PROGRAM SUPPORT <br />(Administration Cost) <br />Up to $30,000 $4,850 for soft costs funding <br /> <br />All administrative costs for the Consultant’s work will be paid for using allowable soft costs for the <br />Urgent Repair and Single-Family Rehabilitation Program. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 841B45B4-F0FD-4C4B-9ADC-EFD3081A70F3
