The meeting will be held in <br /> the Donna S. Baker Meeting Room at the Whitted Building in Hillsborough, NC and will begin at <br /> 7:00 p.m. There are no other proposed changes to the Board of Commissioners' 2023 meeting <br /> calendar. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with this item. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board amend its meeting calendar <br /> for 2023 and conduct a joint planning public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on April 20, 2023 at the Donna <br /> S. Baker Meeting Room in the Whitted Building in Hillsborough, NC. <br />
