She said that the Affordable Housing Advisory Board decided that since the <br /> 19 decision was ultimately up to the Board of Commissioners, they would no longer provide <br /> 20 recommendations. <br /> 21 The Board agreed by consensus on the following applicants for future appointment to the <br /> 22 board: <br /> 23 Sarah Adams <br /> 24 Patrick McGarry <br /> 25 Mary Towell <br /> 26 Matthew Arlyn <br /> 27 Lynn Nilssen <br /> 28 David Parrish <br /> 29 <br /> 30 4.
