ao <br />Agreement for default, for convenience or by mutual consent, as shall any other <br />provision of the Agreement which, by nature of the right or obligations set out <br />therein, might reasonably be expected to be intended to so survive. <br />25.The Agreement constitutes the entire and sole Agreement between the parties <br />with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all previous <br />negotiations, communications and other agreements, whether written or oral, <br />relating to it, unless they are incorporated by reference in the Agreement. There <br />are no terms, covenants, representations, statements or conditions binding on <br />the parties other than thane contained in the Agreement and the exhibits thereto. <br />26. This Agreement shall be construed as governed in accordance with the laws of <br />the State of North Carolina. <br />27.
