i~ <br />3, This contract shall commence immediately and this project shall be completed <br />within the timeline identified in the proposal unless an extension of time is agreed <br />upon by both parties. <br />4, The Contractor shall provide the services independently and shall not be deemed <br />to be an employee of the County for any purpose, <br />5.
