Tyrus Clayton, Jr., PE, Regional Growth Leader <br /> <br />DATE: March 8, 2023 <br /> <br />Re: Site Map for HHW Operational Plan Update <br /> Orange County Solid Waste <br /> Draper Aden Project No. _______________________ <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Woody: <br /> <br />In reference to the methane gas report data entry and electronic submission, I am submitting this task order. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Orange County Solid Waste is currently in the process of updating the Operational Plan for the HHW facility located <br />on Eubanks Road. Per comment from NCDEQ Solid Waste Section, the County is in need of an updated HHW Facility <br />Map. <br /> <br />REQUESTED SERVICE <br />Orange County Solid Waste Management (Client) has asked Draper Aden Associates (DAA) to produce the site map <br />described above for inclusion into the HHW Operational Plan. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br />A site plan showing the HHW Facility as it lies within the Eubanks Waste And Recycling Center including locations of <br />sewer system inlets and connections;, storm drainage swales and potential path(s) of potential contaminant transport <br />offsite; sump(s); and other site features such as loading/unloading areas, used oil storage area, ignitable HHW, <br />reactive HHW, used paints, fire extinguishers, secondary containment systems, sumps/stormwater inlets, drainage <br />ditches, convenience center/roll-off boxes, CD recovered materials, white goods, scrap tires, e-wastes <br /> <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />The fee for this work is a lump sum of $2,500 to be paid when work is complete. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me at tclayton@trccompanies.com should you need to discuss our request in further <br />detail. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Draper Aden Associates <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C.
