<br /> <br />Hazard Mitigation Page 22 FEMA-DR-4393-0042 Orange County <br />Grant Agreement <br />B-1 <br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />PROGRAM STATUTES AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />This Agreement, the North Carolina Legislature and the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br />grants are governed by the following statutes, regulations, procedures and policies: <br /> <br />(1) The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. <br />§5121 et. seq.; <br /> <br />(2) 44 C.F.R. parts 7, 9, 10, 18, 25, 206, 209, 220, 2 C.F.R. Part 200, and any other <br />applicable FEMA policy memoranda and guidance documents; <br /> <br />(3) Chapter 166A of the N.C. General Statutes, N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.1 et. seq., “The <br />N.C. Emergency Management Act”; <br /> <br />(4) State of North Carolina Administrative Plan for the Hazard Mitigation Grant <br />Program and policies and procedures of the N.C.
