The Administration forwarded a staff report with a copy of "Triangle <br />Transit Authority Regional Bus Service Standards" to the Board of County Commissioners in <br />November 2003. <br />The TTA Board and TTA General Manager have set a goal of achieving a 25% recovery ratio far <br />the TTA system by July 2006, In order to achieve that goal, TTA will monitor the performance of <br />TTA services by tracking well-defined performance indicators to determine when service is <br />performing adequately or inadequately, and to identify ways to improve productivity. <br />.lohn Claflin, TTA General Manager, will present, and answer questions regarding, the newly <br />adopted standards for regional bus service. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation on <br />TTA's newly adopted regional bus service standards and provide comments and questions as <br />desired. <br />
