The Tracker will include responsive design for optimal display across desktop, mobile, and tablet <br />devices and current browser versions. <br />2. The Tracker will be hosted by WSP for a one-year period. Hosting costs are billed one year in <br />advance and commence upon deployment of the approved Tracker. <br />Project Methodology Assumptions: <br />3. One round of review/revisions of the UI design concept prior to prototype development. <br />4. One round of review/testing/refinements prior to live deployment. Changes to the system <br />architecture, database structure or data file structure/format will be out of scope and incur <br />additional costs. <br />5. Scope of Work is based on high level requirements and one example data set provided by <br />Orange County. Significant variation in functional requirements will require renegotiation of <br />costs. <br />Development Assumptions <br />6. A single Administration user account will be created. <br />7. A maximum of four datasets will be provided by Orange County for import into the Tracker. Data <br />will be normalized, formatted, and submitted in the WSP-provided data import template. <br />8. The Tracker does not include data points, filters, or interactive features not included in this <br />proposal. <br />9. Data integration is limited to API integration with GTFS-R data source for GPS tracking of transit <br />vehicles. <br />Hosting <br />WSP maintains a state-of-the-art hosting facility, co-located with Hosting.Com in Denver, Colorado, USA, <br />an experienced company in the business of hosting and maintaining mission critical networking systems. <br />Our data center is configured to serve a range of website programs and applications including high- <br />availability database applications, e-commerce, streaming media, and public agency hosted sites. WSP <br />combines a core team of IT professionals, 24x7 help desk support, and fully redundant system <br />infrastructure to deliver high quality and performance service. <br /> <br />WSP maintains the highest standard for information security practices. Our AWS servers are <br />protected by the latest patches, managed firewalls, network monitoring, intrusion detection, and other <br />security measures. Access to these systems is strictly enforced. Applications containing sensitive data <br />require authentication prior to access and use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
