Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis meeting with Orange County project team to <br />review: <br />a. Web standards/protocols and hosting environment <br />b. Branding/design <br />c. Functional/interactive features <br />d. Content management system requirements/workflow <br />2. Create user interface design concepts, including a wireframe for landing and some internal <br />pages <br />3. Develop detailed information architecture/navigation functional concept, which identifies <br />all content sections, features, and functionality <br />4. Draft terminology and supplementary explanatory content for review/approval by Orange <br />County <br />Deliver Wireframes Based on Technical Specification <br />5. Develop front-end UI/UX application for a partially functional prototype <br />6. Develop back-end programming of interactive features, functions, and utilities <br />7. Populate content <br />8. Deploy fully functional prototype <br />Deliver Secure Prototype Preview Link <br />9. Conduct usability, accessibility, responsive design, and browser testing <br />10. Prepare file set and set up documents for Orange County user administration; provide <br />technical support for user administration <br />Publish production instance of Orange County Transit Platform <br /> <br />WSP will facilitate a workshop-style meeting with the Orange County project team to finalize <br />requirements for the dashboard and map for development of a functional specification for the Transit <br />Performance Tracker. Discussion topics include the system architecture, database data fields, functional <br />elements of the dashboard and map, user interface design, navigation elements, hosting environment, <br />and administration management. The meeting outcomes will be used to prepare a functional <br />specification for the Transit Performance Tracker, which includes a wireframe and user interface design <br />concept for the Tracker. <br /> <br />The User Interface (UI) design concept will be based on Orange County established brand. Concept <br />mockups will include the Tracker dashboard display, map, and a supplementary content page.
