SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br />This Software License and Support Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Farragut <br />Systems, Inc., a North Carolina corporation having a place of business in Durham, North Carolina 27713 <br />(“Farragut”), and Orange County (“Customer”), a governmental agency with a mailing address of its executive <br />offices at ____________________. <br />This Agreement, including the attached Software License and Support Terms, sets forth the terms of <br />Customer’s license of the Software from Farragut and Farragut’s support services to be provided to Customer. <br />The following Schedules are attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof: <br />Schedule A Software Description, Licensed Location, and Fees <br />Schedule B Software Support <br />Customer acknowledges it has read and understands this Agreement (including all Schedules and Exhibits <br />as applicable) and is entering into this Agreement only on the basis of the terms expressly set forth in this <br />Agreement. Any executed copy of this Agreement made by reliable means (e.g. photocopy or facsimile) is <br />considered an original.
