<br />- 24 - <br />PIN App Services Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer <br />Responsibilities <br />Start Date Finish <br />Date <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />Customer will <br />provide Farragut <br />staff with remote <br />access to their <br />environments for <br />troubleshooting and <br />support. <br />Training Farragut will <br />provide up to 24 <br />hours of training for <br />the functional areas <br />of PIN App and <br />System <br />Administration. <br />Customer will <br />actively participate <br />in training sessions <br />for each of the <br />functional areas of <br />PIN App and <br />System <br />Administration. <br /> Farragut <br />delivers training <br />within the <br />project <br />schedule and <br />budget <br />constraints. <br /> <br />User Testing & <br />Acceptance <br />Farragut will <br />provide software <br />and database to be <br />utilized during user <br />acceptance testing <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />provide support for <br />user acceptance <br />testing. <br /> <br />Farragut will repair <br />critical defects <br />reported during <br />user acceptance <br />testing that <br />materially impede <br />the Customer's <br />business <br />processes. Other <br />issues will be <br />addressed post- <br />production under <br />the maintenance & <br />support agreement. <br />Customer will <br />execute system <br />testing for all the <br />PIN Application and <br />integration with <br />NCPTS <br />functionalities <br />review during <br />training visits and <br />will document and <br />report discovered <br />defects. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />execute user <br />acceptance testing <br />for all the PIN <br />Application and <br />NCPTS integration <br />functionalities and <br />will document and <br />report discovered <br />defects. <br /> <br />Customer test and <br />validates all critical <br />defect repairs. <br /> Application <br />defects <br />documented <br />and <br />categorized. <br /> <br />Resolution for <br />critical defects <br />provided to the <br />Customer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DCC2B8A-E44C-4172-BF52-8A8B6D647BED
