<br />- 22 - <br />PIN App Services Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer <br />Responsibilities <br />Start Date Finish <br />Date <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />Data Conversion: <br />PIN Application <br /> <br />Farragut will define <br />new PIN app data <br />model based to <br />meet NCPTS <br />application <br />integration and will <br />migrate legacy data <br />to the new data <br />model. <br /> <br />Farragut will share <br />data model and <br />migrated data to <br />the Customer for <br />review and <br />approval. <br />Customer will <br />provide legacy PIN <br />app data in SQL <br />(preferred) or CSV <br />format, including <br />related data for <br />successful data <br />migration. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />review new PIN app <br />data model and <br />may suggest <br />feasible changes. <br /> <br />Customer, along <br />with Farragut, will <br />review migrated <br />PIN app data for <br />correctness and <br />may help to identify <br />data discrepancies. <br />Customer will make <br />necessary changes <br />to reconcile <br />discrepancies. <br /> <br />Customer may <br />create sample test <br />scenarios to <br />validate similar data <br />structure and/or <br />data relationship. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />provide necessary <br />environment to test <br />and validate data <br />and integrations. <br /> Database is <br />generated <br />utilizing the <br />Customer’s <br />data files to <br />meet NCPTS <br />system <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Manual <br />verification of <br />legacy data is <br />completed <br />during training <br />sessions. <br /> <br />Data conversion: <br />DeedSync <br />Farragut will review <br />data from Plat <br />Tracker and <br />validate if existing <br />data can be <br />migrated to the <br />DeedSync <br />application. <br />Upon data <br />conversion <br />feasibility, existing <br />data from Plat <br />Tracker will be <br />migrated to <br />DeedSync data <br />model. <br />Upon non-feasibility <br />of data <br />conversation, the <br />DeedSync <br />database will not <br />have any records to <br />begin with but will <br />be capable for <br />importing new data. <br />Customer will <br />confirm if Plat <br />Tracker conversion <br />is required and <br />provide necessary <br />data to migrate for <br />DeedSync system. <br /> Upon data <br />migration <br />feasibility, <br />existing data is <br />available in <br />DeedSync <br />system and <br />user is able to <br />search existing <br />data in <br />DeedSync <br />queue. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DCC2B8A-E44C-4172-BF52-8A8B6D647BED
