<br />- 20 - <br />LRC Services Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer <br />Responsibilities <br />Start Date <br /> <br />Finish <br />Date <br /> <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />Permits Integration Farragut will <br />configure the <br />NCPTS Permit <br />interface to <br />integrate with <br />Customer’s permits <br />software. <br />Customer will <br />ensure that their <br />permits software <br />will provide data <br />in the standard <br />format required by <br />the NCPTS <br />interface. <br /> <br /> County can see <br />that Permits are <br />loaded in to <br />LRC with <br />accurate <br />information that <br />matched with <br />data provided <br />in the permit <br />files from <br />customer’s <br />permit <br />software. <br /> <br />Training Farragut will <br />provide up to 120 <br />hours of training for <br />the functional <br />areas of Land <br />Record, CAMA, <br />GIS & System <br />Administration. <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />provide up to 32 <br />hours of reports <br />reconciliation <br />training. <br />Customer will <br />actively <br />participate in <br />training sessions <br />for each of the <br />functional areas of <br />Land Records, <br />CAMA & System <br />Administration. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />participate in <br />reports <br />reconciliation <br />training. <br /> Farragut <br />delivers training <br />within the <br />project <br />schedule and <br />budget <br />constraints. <br /> <br />User Testing & <br />Acceptance <br />Farragut will <br />provide software <br />and database to be <br />utilized during user <br />acceptance testing <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />provide support for <br />user acceptance <br />testing. <br /> <br />Farragut will repair <br />critical defects <br />reported during <br />user acceptance <br />testing that <br />materially impede <br />the Customer's <br />business <br />processes.
