<br />- 19 - <br />LRC Services Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer <br />Responsibilities <br />Start Date <br /> <br />Finish <br />Date <br /> <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />DeedSync <br />Integration <br />Farragut will <br />conduct a 1-day <br />meeting to discuss <br />Register of Deeds <br />data mapping, <br />ParcelSync <br />integration and <br />supporting IT <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />configure the test <br />and production <br />DeedSync servers <br />to integrate with <br />the Register of <br />Deeds (ROD) <br />Software. <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />provide Customer <br />with documentation <br />with the required <br />data format <br />needed from the <br />ROD. <br />Customer will <br />make appropriate <br />staff available to <br />provide Farragut <br />staff information <br />regarding <br />Register of Deeds <br />data, data transfer <br />procedures, and <br />supporting <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />Customer <br />responsible for <br />managing <br />communication <br />between Farragut <br />and ROD vendor. <br /> <br />Customer <br />responsible for <br />providing ROD <br />with Farragut’s <br />required file <br />format and <br />working with the <br />vendor to provide <br />Farragut with the <br />appropriate data <br />for integration into <br />the Farragut <br />system. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />provide servers to <br />host both the test <br />and production <br />DeedSync web <br />application. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />provide Farragut <br />remote access to <br />the above <br />machines via VPN <br />or similar means <br /> <br />Customer will <br />provide the SQL <br />Server databases <br />for both the test <br />and production <br />DeedSync <br />databases. <br /> DeedSync is <br />operational on <br />the Customer <br />network and <br />ready for User <br />Acceptance <br />Testing to <br />begin <br /> <br />DeedSync <br />integrated with <br />LRC and <br />ParcelSync and <br />is in use for <br />production <br />processing <br />ROD <br />documents. <br /> <br />Apex Sketch <br />Integration <br />Farragut will <br />deploy the new <br />sketch files <br />provided by Apex <br />into LRC. <br /> <br />County will obtain <br />Apex v5 licenses. <br />County will <br />contract directly <br />with Apex <br />Software to <br />convert the <br />current sketch <br />files to LRC <br />compatible file. <br /> County can see <br />sketch in LRC <br />with accurate <br />information. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DCC2B8A-E44C-4172-BF52-8A8B6D647BED
