<br />- 16 - <br />LRC Services Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer <br />Responsibilities <br />Start Date <br /> <br />Finish <br />Date <br /> <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />Data Conversion & <br />Reports <br />Reconciliation <br />Farragut, using <br />Standard Data files <br />provided by the <br />Customer, will <br />populate Customer <br />legacy data into <br />the NCPTS <br />database in <br />accordance with <br />NC statutes. <br /> <br />Farragut will use <br />automated data <br />migration tools to <br />help verify that the <br />legacy data has <br />been transformed <br />and populated <br />correctly into the <br />NCPTS database. <br />Farragut will <br />provide the <br />Customer with a <br />report detailing any <br />discrepancies <br />found during this <br />migration. <br /> <br />Farragut will <br />migrate those data <br />elements that are <br />required and <br />supported by <br />NCPTS. Any <br />additional data <br />required by <br />customer will be <br />subject to <br />additional costs. <br /> <br />Once the data has <br />been migrated into <br />NCPTS, Farragut <br />will perform Value <br />Matching <br />calculations. <br />Farragut will <br />identify any data <br />elements that fall <br />outside of agreed <br />upon acceptable <br />ranges. Farragut <br />will work with <br />Customer to <br />identified reasons <br />for value <br />discrepancies and <br />steps for <br />correction, either <br />through Customer <br />data transformation <br />or Farragut <br />adjustments. <br />Customer will <br />provide legacy <br />data in the <br />Farragut Standard <br />File format at <br />multiple times <br />throughout the <br />project. <br /> <br />Customer, along <br />with Farragut, will <br />review results of <br />detailed <br />discrepancy <br />report. Customer <br />will make <br />necessary <br />changes to <br />reconcile <br />discrepancies. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />work with <br />Farragut to <br />determine best <br />method for <br />reconciling value <br />matching <br />discrepancies. <br /> <br />Customer will <br />identify a subset <br />of parcels in <br />legacy data to be <br />verified manually. <br /> Database is <br />generated <br />utilizing the <br />Customer’s <br />data files and <br />Farragut’s <br />Standard <br />Migration tool. <br /> <br />Data value <br />matching is <br />completed with <br />value match <br />within <br />agreeable <br />tolerance. <br /> <br />Manual <br />verification of <br />legacy data is <br />completed <br />during training <br />sessions. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DCC2B8A-E44C-4172-BF52-8A8B6D647BED
