The project will start on February 2023, and the target production <br />date is December 2023. <br /> <br />Project Initiation Plan <br />Project <br />Initiation <br />Services <br />Farragut <br />Responsibilities <br />Customer Responsibilities Start Date Finish <br />Date <br />Completion <br />Criteria <br />Fee <br />PROJECT <br />INITIATION 2/27/2023 03/31/2023 $10,000 <br />Data <br />Conversion <br />Structure <br />Education <br />Farragut will <br />conduct 2 days <br />sessions to <br />educate the <br />Customer on the <br />LRC database <br />structure and <br />Farragut <br />Standard Data <br />file format. <br /> <br /> <br />Customer staff will <br />participate in these <br />sessions. <br /> <br />Customer will document <br />their data transformation <br />plan, with support from <br />Farragut. <br /> Customer <br />understands <br />Farragut’s <br />Standard Data <br />File format. <br /> <br />Customer data <br />transformation <br />plan is <br />documented <br />and signed-off <br />by Customer <br />and Farragut. <br /> <br />Fit Analysis Farragut will <br />conduct 5 days <br />of sessions with <br />the Customer to <br />perform a Fit <br />Analysis. The <br />goals of this <br />analysis are to: <br />1) Understand <br />Customer's <br />legacy <br />system and <br />processes. <br />2) Describe <br />NCPTS <br />system <br />functionality <br />at a high <br />level and <br />introduce <br />Customer to <br />NCPTS <br />business <br />processes. <br /> <br />During this time, <br />Farragut will <br />review the <br />Customers <br />business <br />processes for the <br />following areas: <br /> <br />LRC <br />1) Maintain <br />Property <br />Customer staff will be <br />available to demonstrate or <br />discuss business process <br />workflows with Farragut. <br /> <br />Customer trainers/power <br />users will attend the <br />business process <br />overview/orientation <br />sessions for NCPTS. <br /> <br />Customer trainers/power <br />users will attend the <br />business process mapping <br />sessions in each of the <br />business areas listed to the <br />left to identify and document <br />Customer business process <br />similarities and differences <br />required to use NCPTS. <br /> <br />Customer’s management <br />team will be available for <br />review of the business <br />process gaps identified <br />during these sessions <br /> Documented <br />list of business <br />process gaps <br />identified, <br />process <br />changes <br />recommended, <br />and product <br />enhancements <br />desired. <br /> <br />Customer <br />receipt and <br />sign-off of Fit <br />Analysis <br />documents. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DCC2B8A-E44C-4172-BF52-8A8B6D647BED
