The project is <br /> located within 4.83 acres of property at the southwest intersection of NC HWY 54 West <br /> and White Cross Road. <br /> The request proposes mixed-use development consisting of: <br /> ■ One Commercial Retail Building (Dollar General) <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated September 30, 2022. These findings should not be interpreted as the <br /> Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon zoning approval, <br /> the proposed development would then be required to submit a Land Disturbing Permit <br /> (LDP) which would formally review and approve development activity consistent with <br /> these conceptual plans and calculations. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
