The <br /> applicant has requested the 4.83 acre parcel to be rezoned to NR—CD (Non-Residential <br /> Conditional District). The applicant has provided a site-specific plan with a use for the property <br /> limited to a"retail use", as defined by the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. As <br /> defined and detailed by the Orange County UDO, should the application be approved these <br /> conditions will be binding for the property, with any significant changes, including principal use, <br /> requiring subsequent zoning map amendments. <br />
