5 RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: 1) Receive and review the County's original Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Chapel Hill regarding the joint funding arrangement of the "LAUNCH, Inc." small business incubator; and 2) Approve and authorize the Manager to sign the contract amendment (Attachment 2). This action will align the physical address with the new location of Launch, Inc. within UNC's Innovation Hub and allow the funding to be utilized for accelerator operations, programing, and recruiting.
