The <br /> area is located in the Lipscomb Grove Church Road/St. Mary's Road portion of the County. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The approval of this item has no financial impact on the County. This is <br /> an administrative action only and no changes in fire protection, service delivery or tax rates will <br /> be reflected by approval of the Board of County Commissioners. Upon approval by the Board and <br /> the NC Department of Insurance, property owners in the transferred area will be eligible for fire <br /> insurance premiums in their original fire insurance district. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the transfer of <br /> these properties back to the Caldwell Fire Insurance District as depicted on the attached Property <br /> Transfer from East Orange Fire Insurance District to Caldwell Fire Insurance District map. <br />
