Did disaster recovery work rebuilding <br /> little league fields in Puerto Rico (with a grant from several celebrities and the MLB after <br /> Hurricane Maria) and managed a healthy housing stabilization grant from the American <br /> Red Cross in Rural Southeast Texas after Hurricane Harvey, and fundraised for housing <br /> repair, deployed funds, and volunteered on the NC coast after Hurricane Matthew. Now <br /> I'm managing a relief/resiliency grant fund for small businesses. While living in Pittsboro I <br /> was super involved a community lunch feeding program as a volunteer and have been <br /> looking for ways to use my professional skills and personal passions here closer to home. <br /> We moved here in 2020 and it was so hard to get involved during COVID but now I'm <br /> starting to branch out and meet people and get involved.
