The funding distribution for all projects is addressed in the Managers Recommended <br /> CIP, and includes projected timetables for the different phases of the projects. Sond projects <br /> that are joint projects with the towns are being procedurally addressed through the <br /> "Proposed Joint Planning Process for Joint County/fOWo Pats and Open Specs Projects", <br /> which is currently being Considered by the Intergovernmental Pats Work Group (with a <br /> tentative date of transmittal to the Board of Commissioners of June 4). <br /> The attached Park Facility Planning (PFP)document would serve to address pat projects <br /> w8hln the County's jurisdiction that are not joint Town/County presets. hisprovidedaea <br /> starting point far Seem discussion on the status and phasing of County parks projects. <br /> The attached draft begins with thoughts on a set of"basic operating Principles"for the <br /> conshu ton of each facility,followed by iwo-page summary sheets for each project. <br /> The summary sheets review the status of planning and design for each project, followed by a <br /> proposed process for each of two phases of the projects: 1)the concept plan, and 2)bids <br /> andconstructlon. A possible approach for public participation,cost estimates and other <br /> resource needs is identified for these phases. The summary sheets conclude with three key <br /> points: <br />
