He said the occupancy of the dwelling would be based on the utility capacity and <br /> Environmental Health requirements. <br /> Commissioner Hamilton said this isn't clear from the amendments here. <br /> Cy Stober said staff will follow up with another text amendment to make that clear. <br /> Vice Chair McKee asked if impervious surface requirements would still be in effect. <br />
