Proposed Addenda to the Interlacal A6reement on CHCCS Hi6h School #3 (9:40-10:00) <br />The Board j~~•ill consider approval of and/or discuss t~vo addenda to the interlocal agreement that became <br />effective August 7, 2003 regarding the planned third Chapel Hill- Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) high <br />school; provide appropriate direction to staff regarding the proposed revision to Addendum B and the <br />pertinent feedback received from the CHCCS. <br />d. PD-1-03 State Emplo~~ees Credit U~uon Addition Planned Development Rezoiun~ and Class A <br />.Special Use Permit (10:00-10:25) <br />The Board «~ill consider closing the public hearing, hear recommendations and them make a decision <br />regarding the State Employees Credit Union's proposed Planned Development rezoning and Class A Special <br />Use Permit for expansion of the existing facilities. <br />e. Appointments (10:25-10:30} <br />(1) Town of Hillsborough - 250th Amiiversary Committee <br />The Board will consider appointing a County Commissioner or other At-large representative to serve on <br />the Town of Hillsborough's 250th Anniversary Committee. <br />(2) Adult Care Home Commwiity AdtJsory Committee <br />The Board will consider an appointment to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee <br />(ACHCAC). <br />(3) Cable TV Advisory Committee <br />The Board will consider an appointment(s) to the Cable TV Advisory Committee. <br />(4) Orange C"ommunity Housing and Land Trust (OCHLT} Board of Directors <br />The Board will consider an appointment to the Orange Community Housing and Land Trust (OCHLT). <br />10.
