The Board asks its citizens to <br />conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time <br />should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored the <br />Chair tivill recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed <br />2. BOARD C01~114IENTS (7:45-8:00) <br />4. COUNTY NL~NAGER'S REPORT (8:00-8:05) <br />5. RESOLUTIONS OR PROCLAMATIONS (8:05-8:20) <br />a. City of Mebane - Orange C"ounty Service Area Agreement for Buckhorn EDD Area <br />The Board will consider adopting a resolution approving an interlocal agreement between the City of <br />Mebane and Orange County providing for Mebane utility service areas within Orange County's planning <br />jurisdiction in the I-85/Buckhorn Economic Development District (EDD) area. <br />b. Acceptance of Grant From the Public Safety Foundation of America for Wireless 9-1-1 <br />The Board will consider approving acceptance of a competitive grant award from the Public Safety <br />Foundation of America in the amount of $33, 100 for equipment, software, and professional services and <br />authorize the Manager to sign the grant agreement. <br />6.
