As with most industries once a good idea is <br />rolled out other people will copy that idea and start a competitive business to the original. <br />Xybix has run into complaints from some of the cleaning companies of sub-standard work, lack <br />of knowledge of the Xybix product and parts broken by the cleaning crew. <br /> <br />To avoid any issues, we have teamed up with CCS Communication Center Specialists as our <br />only certified cleaning and maintenance company. <br /> <br />What this means to you: <br /> <br />Xybix has worked with CCS to train their team on all the tricks and tips to work on and around <br />the Xybix furniture. <br /> <br />CCS provides Xybix with a report on each console and will bring attention to Xybix if anything <br />looks out of order or needs a more detailed repair. <br /> <br />CCS has a one to one relationship with our Xybix Customer Service team for quick additional <br />help when needed. <br /> <br />CCS team members have small Xybix parts in inventory (panel buttons, energy chain doors, <br />etc.) to replace when needed. <br /> <br />If something is damaged during the cleaning it will be covered by the <br />original Xybix warranty. <br /> <br />You can buy the cleaning service through Xybix or from CCS.
