As it is not in the best interests of the Owner that MBP’s review of any <br />submittal shall relieve the construction contractor from responsibility for any errors or omissions in <br />such submittals, nor from responsibility from strict compliance with all of the requirements of the <br />Contract Documents, any such reviews shall not be deemed to approve or authorize changes, <br />deviations, or substitutions from the requirements of the Contract Documents unless variations are <br />specifically noted, highlighted and described in the submittal and expressly approved by the Owner or <br />its authorized representative (e.g. the designer of record). <br />This Proposal is valid through February 20, 2023, but is subject to change thereafter and assumes that <br />FPT for all phases will be completed on or before July 31, 2023. <br />MBP will invoice monthly for the percentage of work completed and non-labor expenses as set forth in <br />this Proposal. All invoices will be submitted electronically and are to be paid in full upon receipt. <br /> <br />The other terms and conditions for this assignment will be as mutually agreed upon by both parties <br />upon execution of a contract between MBP and the Client. <br />We look forward to being able to provide the County with commissioning services on this Project.
