8 <br /> environmental consequences resulting from industrial, governmental and <br /> commercial operations or policies. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The following Orange County Environmental Responsibility <br /> Goal impact is applicable to this item: <br /> • ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND WASTE REDUCTION <br /> Initiate policies and programs that: 1) conserve energy; 2) reduce resource <br /> consumption; 3) increase the use of recycled and renewable resources, and 4) <br /> minimize waste stream impacts on the environment. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. This <br /> budget amendment provides for the receipt of these additional funds in FY 2022-23 and increases <br /> the General Fund by $77,787, the Multi-year Grant Fund by $163,662, the County Capital Fund <br /> by $29,084, the Community Development Fund by $40,704, the Visitors Bureau Fund by <br /> $190,000, the Article 46 Sales Tax Fund by $2,003,174, and the DSS Client Enhancement Fund <br /> by $2,000. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with these items other than as noted otherwise above. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the budget, grant, and <br /> capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year 2022-23. <br />
