The total value of the <br /> contract will be no greater than $1,193,750 for a period starting from January 01, 2022 or from <br /> an alternative contract start date to be negotiated and ending September 30, 2025. Funds will <br /> be reimbursed on receipt of financial reports and supporting documentation. <br /> By accepting this award, Criminal Justice Resource Department agrees to submit the <br /> following data in adherence to the required reporting standards: <br /> 1. Reimbursements (Financial Status Reports)/Invoices (due by the 10th of each month) <br /> 2. Performance Measure Reports (due by the 10th of each month, quarterly, and as <br /> requested) <br /> The funding source for this program is the through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health <br /> Services Administration (SAMSHA) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)funding via the Mental <br /> Health Block Grant (MHBG).
