The Arts Center <br />Orange County Community Climate Action Grant Program Performance <br />Agreement Rev. 2/23 Page 10 of 11 <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br />Community Climate Action Grant Program’s <br />Alternative Payment Schedule <br /> <br />From: Wendy Smith, Development Director for The ArtsCenter <br />Date: February 1, 2023 <br /> <br />Subject: Alternative Payment Schedule, The Arts Center <br /> <br /> <br />The ArtsCenter requests the following payment installations: <br /> <br />50% once contract signed with solar installer <br /> <br />$27,500 March 1, 2023 <br />50% upon completion of installation <br /> <br />$27,500 May 15, 2023 <br /> <br />In addition to the funds provided by the Orange County Community Climate Action Grant Program, the <br />ArtsCenter will receive rebates from Duke Energy and the federal government through the Inflation <br />Reduction Act of 2022, however we will need to pay NC Solar Now prior to receiving the rebates.
