Being intentional means being <br />descriptive on what kind of city we want to be. <br />It means thinking with the end in mind and <br />taking incremental steps toward that vision. <br />The Strategic Plan sets a vision for what <br />we want to become in 10 years, provides <br />actions toward achieving that vision, and <br />is framed around our core values. <br />We value our connection with nature and with <br />each other.
