Resumes | 32 <br />Charline Kirongozi, MPA, <br />CAPM®, Prosci® CCP <br />Senior Consultant <br />Charline is a senior consultant in our Local <br />Government Practice Group with four years of <br />public-sector experience. She focuses on <br />assisting public-sector clients with research and current environment <br />analysis support. She joins BerryDunn with experience supporting and <br />conducting field research, data collection, organizational reporting, and <br />gap analysis and recommendations. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Community Outreach and Engagement: Charline is heavily involved <br />with community outreach and engagement on strategic planning <br />projects. She helps facilitate stakeholder interviews, serves as producer <br />on community forums, and creates Social Pinpoint sites in collaboration <br />with clients to help ensure a comprehensive and inclusive process. <br />Project Management and Support: Charline has experience as an <br />immigration paralegal, which heavily involved preparing, reviewing, and <br />filing visa petitions, advocating and communicating on behalf of her <br />clients, and overseeing the flow of information, processes of the cases, <br />and adhering to the policies set forth by immigration officials. <br />Business Process Improvement: Charline has in-depth experience <br />with an international perspective conducting field research. This <br />involved collecting data and developing reports, as well as identifying <br />gaps in policies and processes. These gaps translated into developing <br />ways to streamline processes and increase efficiencies. <br />Public-Sector Research and Analysis: Charline worked on the behalf <br />of the City of Worcester, MA to establish best practices for <br />sustainability of the Worcester/Green Worcester Working Group <br />(Group). Through this work, she led her team through the research of <br />over 30 cities.
