D. Technical Approach | 20 <br />Phase 4: Implementation Recommendations and Budget <br />4.2 Conduct Project Closeout Activities. Once the strategic planning effort is complete, we will perform <br />closeout activities, including providing the County with documentation developed and collected during the <br />process and conducting lessons learned and knowledge-sharing activities. By conducting this task, it will <br />help the County rest assured that it is equipped to continue to progress toward its vision and to successfully <br />implement its plan even after the project is complete. <br />Deliverable 6 – Recommendations Report and Project Closeout Activities <br />Phase 5: Performance Monitoring and Continuing Engagement <br />5.1 Prepare and deliver Progress Reports to the County. We will work with the County to develop a <br />process for plan evaluation and progress reporting milestones evaluation. This will help the County evaluate <br />its performance and promote sustainable results. On a bi-annual basis over a 24-month duration, we will <br />report on benchmarks, completion dates, and communications, as well as make necessary adjustments to <br />the plan. <br />5.2 Review and update the Orange County Strategic Plan annually. We will update the Orange County <br />Strategic Plan annually based on the progress reporting tools, findings, and feedback from the County <br />Board. <br />Deliverable 7 – Progress Reports <br />Project Schedule <br />Table 1 presents our anticipated timeline by phase for the County’s further review and consideration.
