She has firsthand <br />experience serving in the public sector and is familiar with the unique aspects of <br />government operations. Notably, she has been involved in various governmental initiatives, <br />including those related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); sustainability; and process and project <br />analysis and management. Maddison has notable government experience, where she developed hands- <br />on government skills, as well as research and analysis. Prior to joining BerryDunn, Maddison supported <br />numerous comparable initiatives for public-sector organizations, including work for the City of Covington, <br />Georgia, and the Town of Rolesville, North Carolina. <br />As the research analyst, Maddison will: <br />•Document engagement and strategic planning <br />outcomes <br />•Help assess the County’s current work <br />environment <br />•Analyze existing data and documentation <br />•Research best practices and industry <br />standards <br />Khara Dodds, AICP | Community Development and Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) <br />Khara is a senior consultant in our Local Government Practice Group. With over 13 years of <br />leadership experience and 20 years of planning and community engagement expertise, she <br />offers a unique and critical skillset to every initiative in which she participates. Khara <br />specializes in planning and implementation, leadership, and process improvement. She has worked with <br />several local government entities across the country in development, planning and land use services, and <br />economic development. <br />As an SME, Khara will: <br />•Contribute planning and engagement subject matter expertise when and where it will benefit <br />the County most, particularly as it relates to how to best design a strategic planning process <br />that will inform its upcoming comprehensive plan update <br />Optional Statistically Valid Survey Support <br />Should the County decide to include a statistically valid community survey, we will utilize the ETC <br />Institute resources described below. <br />Jason Morado | ETC Institute, Statistically Valid Survey Support <br />Jason has over 20 years of experience in the design, administration, and analysis of <br />community market research. He has served as the project manager on community survey <br />research projects for over 600 local governmental organizations throughout the U.S. Jason <br />is experienced in all phases of project management of market research studies, including <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: ED255D72-EB5F-464C-83B6-643F4B19812A
