Having <br />served dozens of local governments across the country, our team has a deep understanding of local <br />government organizations, as well as the opportunities and constraints associated with the region’s <br />public-sector landscape. Further, our project manager and facilitator, Charline Kirongozi, as well as our <br />facilitator, Shannon Flowers, regularly work with elected officials, leadership, and all varieties of <br />community stakeholders. Collectively, we are well-qualified to support the County as it seeks to improve, <br />transform, and innovate as well as achieve its future project goals and objectives. <br />Our pool of subject matter experts (SMEs) across relevant practices <br />In addition to our proposed project team, we are proud to offer our pool of over 300 consultants. <br />These resources offer experience and expertise among practices such as community <br />development and planning; justice and public safety; parks, recreation, and libraries; health and <br />community services; among others. <br />As a principal in BerryDunn’s Local Government Practice Group, I can attest to the accuracy of our <br />materials, and I am legally authorized to bind, negotiate, make presentations on behalf of, and commit our <br />firm and our resources.
