The motion <br /> carried with all Ayes. <br /> - Options for auxiliary groups affiliated with OCAS <br /> o Paula Greeno disclosed a potential conflict of interest as the Executive Director of <br /> Fluff Responders Animal Rescue, Inc. which could be competing with OCAS- <br /> affiliated auxiliary groups for donations and grants. <br /> o Sandra Strong reviewed the history of the existing Friends of OCAS nonprofit group <br /> run by Elliot Kramer. <br /> o Greg Ceseretti shared his experience with auxiliary groups at Wake County. <br /> o The ASAB discussed some pros and cons of such groups. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
