(“SO”, “Salas O’Brien”, “Consultant”, “Designer”) proposes to provide additional engineering services subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The provisions of our current Agreement between SO and OC for the above referenced project. <br /> <br />2. The additional engineering services covered by this request shall consist of request to include architectural services to revise the <br />occupancy from S-1 to High Piled Storage and incorporating the drawing revisions per the Fire Marshal’s review comments. <br /> <br />3. Our current lump sum fee agreement shall be increased by $ 4,600. <br /> <br />This fee increase will be indicated as a separate “additional services” line item on invoices sent from our office and shall be payable <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />4. We are basing our fee on the description of the project and the scope of our services as indicated herein. If our basis for this is incorrect <br />in any way, please inform our office such that we may revise the terms of this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />We appreciate this opportunity of offering our services to you and look forward to working with you.
