A RESOLUTION FORMULATING BOARD COMMENTS ON ME, SHAPING ORANGE COUNTY'S FUTURE TASK FORCE PROVISIONAL REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PRESENTATION DURING THE FACILITATED ASSEMBLY OF GOVERNMENTS Resolution No. 13012000-01 WHEREAS,the Canboo Beer]ofAldermrn lass Endorsed and supported countywide efforts to develop a comprehcasive,quality growth strategy,and WHEREAS,the citizen-appointed Shaping Orange County's Future Task Force has completed stern 12 urn 15- step process to develop that strategy and has submitted this report to the cleared bodies for consideration,and WHEREAS,the Board of Aldermen hen itself reviewed and has received public comment an the report. NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Catrbore Board ofAlderrnEn that the Aldermen have formulated the following comments for prarntatity during the Facilitated Assembly of Governments meeting that is scheduled for April 19,2001: 1. net the Susminability End Community Building Goal 1,Recommendation 3,Action Strategy A be revised to"encourage"return thm mandate elected official support ongoing community-building training. 2.
