He said he thought <br /> it would provide greater opportunities for farmers and food for people that needed it. He said he <br /> never understood why the focus never moved from the 30,000 foot level. He said that he never <br /> saw a great effort to tie the folks that produce food to the organizations that provide that service. <br /> He said it tempered what it was, versus what he expected it to be. <br />
