<br /> <br />2 <br />o Depressions/Bird Baths <br />o Oxidation <br />o Patching/Utility Cuts <br />o Potholes <br /> Provide an aggregated score, Pavement Condition Rating (PCR), for each Orange <br />County location based on severity and extent of defects identified in the PCS. <br /> Provide potential treatment recommendations based on identified defects. <br /> Provide cost estimates for potential treatment recommendations. <br /> Provide interactive GIS map layer of each location which identifies the PCR, defects <br />and severity, treatment recommendations, and estimated repair cost. <br /> Provide detailed report prioritizing Orange County locations. <br /> <br />Additional Site Collection Activities <br /> <br />In addition to the data required to establish the Pavement Condition Rating the following <br />items will be evaluated at each Orange County location. <br /> Curb and Gutter – evaluate curb and gutter for any damaged sections. <br /> Drainage Assets – evaluate Drop Inlets, Catch Basins, Funnel Drains, and Flumes <br />for any damage, erosion, or improper drainage. <br /> ADA Compliance Issues <br /> <br /> <br />Phase 1: Comprehensive Plan Development - Tasks <br /> Task 1 – Develop ArcGIS layer for each Orange County location delineating specific <br />pavement areas. <br /> Task 2 – Develop ArcGIS Online Collector application. Establish PCS criteria and QA <br />controls. <br /> Task 3 – Conduct site inspection and PCS at each Orange County location. <br /> Task 4 – Provide PCS report establishing priority, treatment recommendations, and <br />estimated costs. <br /> Task 5 – Develop interactive ArcGIS Online layer displaying each Orange County location <br />with Good, Fair, Poor, Very Poor rating, and PCS details. <br /> <br /> <br />Phase 2: Contract Development - Scope <br />Utilizing the PCS data to complete an annual needs plan, Summit will provide Contract <br />Development services. <br /> <br /> Review PCS with Orange County and prioritize locations for resurfacing, pavement <br />preservation, or pavement maintenance. <br /> Review and verify proposed treatment recommendations established in the PCS. <br /> As required, conduct coring operations in parking areas and driveways to verify <br />pavement structure. <br /> Develop contract quantities for established treatment recommendation. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 9B816979-FB46-4AAA-8D68-D2AAA2265966
