Summit and Orange County have enjoyed a long-standing working relationship. <br />To further our relationship and partner with Orange County, Summit’s Transportation <br />Maintenance Management team can provide Orange County a comprehensive pavement <br />management program. <br /> <br />PROJECT INFORMATION <br /> <br />The goal of this comprehensive pavement management program will be to prioritize <br />pavement maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance applications, and rehabilitation <br />activities. It is recommended to conduct an initial Pavement Condition Survey (PCS) to <br />establish priorities and develop a five-year plan. It is also recommended that subsequent <br />pavement condition surveys be conducted every four years to re-establish the data to further <br />develop five-year plans to maintain the pavement infrastructure at each Orange County <br />location. <br /> <br />The initial comprehensive pavement management program will consist of three phases. <br /> <br />Phase 1: Comprehensive Plan Development - Scope <br /> <br /> Provide GIS map layer of every Orange County location identifying parking and <br />driveway locations. <br /> Develop ArcGIS Online (AGOL) FieldMap application to analyze each location for <br />conducting Pavement Condition Survey (PCS). <br /> Conduct a PCS of each location identifying pavement defect, severity, and extent. <br /> Primary pavement defects that will be evaluated include. <br />o Fatigue Cracking (Alligator) <br />o Transverse Cracking <br />o Block Cracking <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 9B816979-FB46-4AAA-8D68-D2AAA2265966
