2 <br />Appendix C: Scope of Services <br />In accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations, Durham Technical Community <br />College will provide support for startup and existing entrepreneurs, with special focus on the <br />underserved low to moderate income business community, by providing information and tools <br />needed to develop and scale business ideas through viable, sustainable, profitable, and successful <br />practices.
