<br />2 <br /> <br />December 15, 2022 <br /> <br />Alisa Cornetto, RN, COHN-S, CCM, MSCC, CLCP <br />Risk Manager <br />Orange County <br />PO Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> <br />Subject: Risk Management Consulting Services Proposal <br /> <br />Dear Alisa: <br /> <br />On behalf of Alliant Insurance Services, I want to thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal <br />to Orange County, to provide Risk Management Consulting services during this transition as you retire, <br />and the County recruits and hires a new Risk Manager. <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Per our meeting on December 8, 2022, the following scope of services was defined and requested: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The scope of services above is not an all-inclusive list, as additional Risk Management Consulting <br />services may be provided as needed, and as mutually agreed upon between Alliant Insurance Services <br />and Orange County. <br />Consulting Services Fee <br /> <br />Alliant Insurance Services will provide Risk Management Consulting services to Orange County at a <br />rate of $225 per hour, which includes travel expenses and not to exceed 20 hours per week. <br /> <br />Contract Term <br /> <br />The duration of this contract is for three months, beginning on January 2, 2023 and ending on March <br />31, 2023.
